When you submit the contact form, VERTO GROUP BV processes your name, email address, optional business name, topic and message to respond to your enquiry. Our mail server forwards it to our team. The website confirmation means the mail server accepted the message; it does not confirm an appointment or assignment.

Sending a chat message shares your message, any attached text and recent conversation context with an AI provider through OpenRouter. Do not share sensitive information. Conversations stay in this browser tab until cleared or the tab closes. They are not automatically submitted as contact enquiries.

Saving and deleting

A draft is saved on this device only when you choose to save it. Use “Clear draft” to remove it. Contact enquiries are retained as needed to follow up your request and any business relationship.
